Customising EDITOR Properties (tbar) in Text mode

I have tried to customize Properties toolbar -- Text edit mode ... but I cannot remove (drag-off) controls I do not need.
Other toolbars are customizable, but not "Properties - Text" controls.

Would appreciate any advice

Hi Russell,

I believe that this is one of the few toolbars that cannot currently be customized, in this manner. I can put the request to be able to do so, in, if you'd like? Though I should warn that I'm not sure this will be easily possible or labelled a high priority, in the wake of other items currently topping our list (mentioned in a previous post).

I am aware the "Properties" toolbar is what I call a volatile toolbar.
ie, it changes structure depending on the object selected
- in this case ...
1:: text container (text-box) eg, border color
2:: text formatting ... eg, font-type, font color

I would like to be able to customize the most used toolbar, "Properties".
- Some controls I never/rarely use -- and I would like to add other commands

I would appreciate the dev.team adding the ability to customise "Properties" to my wish list ::grovel::
