Can highlight document in Viewer, but not Editor

Thank you for looking into this for me. For some reason I am able to highlight the attached document using Viewer, but not Editor.
Thank you for the post. The reason you are experiencing this is because the Viewer is not respecting the security settings of a signature that has been placed on this document. The Viewer being able to make such annotations is in fact a bug.
You can check if there is a signature on your documents by going to View-->Other panes-->Signatures
