Mouse pointer not updated in fullscreen mode

Small bug in fullscreen mode: When I change the tool (e.g. from hand tool to highlight selected text tool) via shortcut, the mouse pointer is not updated right away but only once I move the mouse. This appears to be a bug in the XChange Editor and is not an issue in the XChange Viewer.
