Feature request: add pictures in stick notes?

Hi all,

I have the registered version of Pdf xchange editor 309.0

Is it possible to add pictures in stick notes? Is it a feature that could be added in future?

Thanks for the post and suggestion - I'm afraid that this isn't possible and, while I personally like the idea, it isn't something that we can add, as the PDF Specification doesn't allow for images in Sticky Notes.

If I think about it, this actually would be an amazing feature.

Currently, when redacting a document and needing to refer to an image for explaining something, I usually add the image beside the text as stamp (simply paste the image from the clipboard). This however is unelegant (the image is visible all the time as well as when printing). Additionally, often there is not enough space to paste the image beside the text anyway.

Therefore, putting images inside sticky notes (and inside comment text assigned to highlights) would be fantastic.



It's a pity that the PDF specification does not (yet) allow this feature.

Hi David,

I happen to agree with you, I'd like to see this as well. When I work with PDF's for personal use, it's usually for study and I annotate scientific articles fairly heavily, so pictures would be nice. But, unfortunately, our hands are tied here.
