Combine Documents function Strips Signature Form Fields

I have several signed documents that I want to combine in one document, but when I do so it strips out the signatures. When I try to insert pages instead, that option is grayed out. There's no security listed in document properties, yet when I try to modify something I get a box saying the document is protected. I've never had this problem with Acrobat Pro!

Signature field is not copied to the new document as the PDF-XChange editor for now ignores fields on page insertion operation.
In any case, digital signatures cannot be moved to other documents as it would automatically become invalid.
