[BUG] Shortcuts for Next/Previous Document in Fullscreen

These work in the viewer, but not in the Editor.

I used Ctrl Tab/ Ctrl Shift Tab.

Hi Bhikkhu,

I will pass this to the colleagues working on the UI, though this might not be a bug in the Editor - rather the Editor full screen working differently. For instance you can access the main menu with shortcuts -> get to the customization screen, but can not add buttons or toolbars to the full screen mode (something you could do in the Viewer).
