Feature request: R click on a tool to add a keyb. shortcut

Hi,
I wonder if it would be possible to add this small feature.

If I want to add a keyboard shortcut to a tool, I have to do:
View -> Toolbars -> Customize Toolbard -> Commands -> then select the tool

It would be much simplier to simply add the possibility to add a shortcut just right clicking on the tool and clicking on a option in the small menu that comes out.

(Would be great to add also the possibility to remove a tool from the bar in that right-click menu. If I know the shortcut I want to remove that instrument from there in order to get more space)

Moreover, I think that the "Split screen" function (Window -> Split (Vertical/Horizontal) needs shortcut option as well.
