Watermark
Hello,
I purchased the PRO package.
I printed a .docx file to PDF Xchange Printer 2012 and I got the resulting .pdf file with round watermarks on the top left & right corners of the page in spite of the fact that after registering the software the standard Traker Software watermarks should have disappeared.
I also saved the same .docx file as a .pdf file via an Microsoft Office add-on and when I opened it with PDF Xchange PRO there were no watermarks there.
How to make Traker Software watermarks which appear only to unregistered version of the software disappear?

Hi,
Please email your serial key to us for checking - looks like there may be an issue with its entry/validity and I am sure we can help qickly - please include a link back to this forum post for reference - but please do not post your serial number here in the forums.

I also purchased the pro package after downloading the trial version, did a re-install and I'm still getting the "purchase" water marks on the upper right and left corners. Please advise on how to get rid of the watermarks.

Could you please email support@pdf-xchange.com with the license key that you're using? We can then email back instructions that should solve the issue.
