Serial key no longer valid

Good morning

One of my colleagues has informed that she is no longer able to use the 'pro' features of PDF Exchange. This particular licence was purchased on the 3rd October 2013 and has worked fine until today, when suddenly the serial key in the registration page has turned red and the program has reverted to the free trial.
