Text is cut off

I am using PDF-Xchange Editor on a surface pro. The original document was created in Acrobat and is distributed to users. It has several fields that will allow the users to add/edit them. If I open the document in Abobe reader all is fine. But when I use
PDF-Xchange Editor it cuts off the bottom of the numbers and I don't know why?? I have attached a screen shot so you can have an example.

Could you send me the actual file? I need to run some tests. Is your surface running win. 8 or win. 8.1?

It is running windows 8 not 8.1 but it is pro not RT.

I'm seeing the same issue here and I am running some tests. Could you please send the original form that was created BEFORE it had been filled out?

Attached is a blank one. If you open it in Adobe reader you can edit it fine and save it but in PDF-Exchange Editor it cuts it off.
