Handling of attached files

Post by Peter2 »

I tried around with attached files - two questions:

a) It is not possible to save multiple attachments, each file must be saved extra (in Viewer and in Editor).
Will there be a feature to save all files together?

b) In Editor an attached EXE starts immediately after the command "Open". In Viewer I get the standard-warning about the risks of these files and so on ..
Is it another behaviour or did I already disabled the warning in Editor?

Hi Peter,

thanks for the questions.
a) It is not possible to save multiple attachments, each file must be saved extra (in Viewer and in Editor).
Will there be a feature to save all files together?
No it can't be done right now, I have added it to the long term wish list however.
b) In Editor an attached EXE starts immediately after the command "Open". In Viewer I get the standard-warning about the risks of these files and so on ..
Is it another behaviour or did I already disabled the warning in Editor?
This is not yet implemented in the Editor. It is slated for build 308 at present.
