Hello
I finally got a great deal on a copy of Windows 8.1 Pro so I did a clean install on my notebook last night.
Anyway after I installed PDF-XChange Editor 3.0 306.1 something strange happened that I never saw happen before on Windows 7. The first time I opened PDF-XChange Editor I noticed that the Hand Tool got stuck and would not go away. Even when I moved the mouse cursor over the above toolbar the Hand Tool remained. So I could not even shut down PDF-XChange Editor because the Hand Tool was showing. The Hand Tool was even showing when I moveed my mouse cursor off PDF-XChange Editor and on other windows 8.1 windows. The only way I was able to shut down PDF-XChange Editor was to click CTRL ALT Delete and then from then click task manager and some how I got it to shut down. Luckily this has only happen one time so far so I hope it was just a freak thing and will not happen again. But I thought I better report it in case it is a bug when running PDF-XChange Editor on Windows 8.1.
Have any of you ever had this happen before?
"Hand Tool" got stuck on Windows 8.1 Pro system!

Hi gate1975mlm,
This is the first report I've seen of such a behaviour, so unless it happens again for you - let's count it as an odd non-reproducible bug.
Regards,
Stefan
