No Preview in Windows - Explorer / No Preview - Thumbs

Hi,

I just installed PDF-XChange Editor (3.061) on several Machines (Win 7 X64 / Windows 2003 X86 / Win XP X86) via Group Policies (Some Licenced versions, some Free). The Viewer itself works great, but we're not having previews in Windows Explorer (and Outlook) nore we have Preview - Icons (Windows just shows the standard Icon). Even the iFilter seems not to work.

Thanks for the post - this is because the Shell Extensions (Preview Handler) for the Editor have not yet been completed. They should be available in the installer as of the next build.

For now, please download and run the Viewer installer, making sure to select the option to install the Shell Extensions. This should then allow the Viewer's Shell Extensions to work, even with the Editor as the default reader and will then grant you the previews.
