Horizontal/Vertical Snap
I recently updated to PDF Xchange Editor and notice that when i create lines or dimension I can no longer hold the Shift key to make the line stay horizontal or vertical or at a 45 degree. Does anyone know why or what I need to do to get this working? I use it quite a bit so if it is not available in Editor then i am going back to Viewer.

Re: Horizontal/Vertical Snap
Hi Matt,
thanks for the post. You are correct in your observation that this is not yet in the Editor. This feature is slated to be included in build 307. 306 is due tomorrow and 307 will be at least a month from then.
hope that helps.

Re: Horizontal/Vertical Snap
I learned something today! Having vertical / horizontal snap with the shift key is very helpful. For my purposes it could be better if the orientation could be locked no matter where you move the mouse. For instance lock to the vertical even if I move the mouse several inches to the left or right.

Probably means something that resembles the behavior of Autodesk Autocad when you press F8 — https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2021/ENU/?guid=GUID-C3B5D7B3-8057-4D8B-A3A2-0F5F0778BF37

Re: Horizontal/Vertical Snap
I think you are right.
I spoke to the Dev team about this and didn't get a resounding agreement. The current thinking is that it is easy enough to constrain the action to horizontal as is.
