Rendering problems in Editor (formulas in PDF)

Post by edwinst »

Hi,

I'm trying out Editor build 304 and noticed rendering problems in a PDF. The PDF is a book containing a lot of formulas and Editor messes up the display of the integral signs, among other things.

I attach the PDF and screenshots of Viewer (2.5 build 211) which displays the page perfectly, and of Editor which has problems.
(converted screenshots to PDF due to forum restrictions)

best regards

Edwin

P.S. The problem seems to be related to the zoom level. When I zoom in the problem disappears, when I zoom out again, the problem shows up (the integral signs are displayed too tall and overlap with each other, etc.).

P.S. I tried zooming in/out in the Viewer, and it always displays perfectly, as opposed to the Editor.

Hi Edwinst,

Thanks for the post - I can definitely see what you're talking about here. I've created an internal Development ticket for this to track the progress of the ticket. For reference, this number is RT-1965.

Thanks for your patience here - a fix should be included as soon as is possible.

Cheers,
Will
