"Auto Copy" Function

Post by akarr85 »

Good day all:

I am using the current version of PDF Exchange editor Plus. I am wondering if there is a way to have many fields in a fillable PDF copy from one "master" field? For example, if i have to fill out the date and name in all pages of a 4 page long document; how do I make all the data entered on the first page auto copy to other fields?

Thank you!

Hello akarr85,

Thank you for your post. You can easily accomplish this simply by giving the fields the same name. In PDF, form data is configured such that X = <user input> wherein X is the field's name. Wherever that name appears, the data will match.

I hope this helps!
