Do any of the Tracker SDKs have the ability to convert PDF pages to a raster image format?

Yes - the PDF-XChange Viewer ActiveX SDK - to which all PDF-Tools/XChange V4 SDK users have access to.

If you own any V4 SDK - please complete the license (acknowledging the limited distribution rights etc) and email to sales@pdf-xchange.com with your original V4 receipt info and you will receive your Viewer License info by return - the Viewer SDK Licnese can be fond in the installation 'Help' folder of the Viewer SDK.
