dll version: 4.0.313.1

The new version of sdk cannot get all devices WIA.

I´m try using end user tools and get all device, but xcscan40.dll cannot get all device only first.

Do you have examples of multi devices connect via WIA in c#.

If the end user PDF Tools works - then most likely the issue is in the code of your project.
Can you please provide us with a sample project that we can compile and test at our end?
