Hi all,
We've hit a small snag where a customer of ours has purchased PDF-XChange (end user) and when we try to start our program which also uses PDF-XChange SDK, we get a setdev error. It is like there is something conflicting between the two versions installed. We're using v4 and they are using v2.5.
What can we do to get around this... or do we need to gather more information?
Cheers!
Ken

Re: Issue when previous versions installed
Hello Ken,
The Tools SDK is indeed at V4, but are you also utilizing our Viewer AX SDK?
The Viewer AX SDK is included with a limited distribution allowance as part of your tools license- and is currently at the same version as our end user Viewer - build 2.5.210.
So if you are using the Viewer AX - do let us know, and please also check this:
