Page rotation saved incorrectly?

Hello,

I'm printing a word file with page size A4, and pages orientation set to landscape (Attached).
The output looks fine on the screen, but examining the file (Using PDFBox) I can see that the pages have the following dimensions: Width = 841.919, Height = 595.2, Rotation = 0 degrees.
These are not the correct dimensions of an A4 sheet, I would expect the width and height to be the other way around, and the rotation set to 90 degrees.
I'm printing with page size A4 and sheet size set to auto.
Is there any way to solve this problem so it will show the actual page size and actual rotation instead of just modifying the page's dimensions?

To be more precise, the problem I see is with the page's MediaBox. The media box's height and width are switched.

To be honest, page is A4 even if its dimensions are switched. So, pages with dimensions 210x297mm and 297x210mm both are A4.
For now we will not make changes into the driver.
