Version 5? - Windows 7? - upgrading

Hi,

We are wondering where you are in the version 4 lifecycle. Are you working on version 5 and when might it be available? We bought version 3 not long before version 4 came out and are feeling a bit stung by having to spend nearly $1000 to upgrade.

Will Windows 7 require a new version of PDF-XChange or do you intend to provide compatibility within version 4?

Hi Version 5 will be available shortly after Windows 7 is released.

However - all users who purchased version 3 within a year or so prior to Version 4's release received a free upgrade - if you purchased V3 on or after Jan 1st 2007 - your V4 upgrade and all updates until Version 5 are 100% free.

thats a pretty generous window for a company that develop's 100% of their technology in-house - we are not using open source bolt-ins that come from a myriad of untested and disparate sources - just abiut everything we sell we develop ourselves and therefore can stand behind without hesitation.
