PDF-XChange 4 Pro Edition Printer install error

When trying to install the pro edition everything runs fine. The installation program then asks to install the PDF-Xchange as the default system printer it does not matter if you answer "yes" or "no" you get the same results. It would seem that your installation program start the program "C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 4 Pro\prninstaller.exe" and it seems the program initialises but soon after that a error message comes up "operation could not be completed" there after the information dialogue box opens, as well as the dialogue box which requests your registration information.
There after if you open the window which displays all the printers you do not find the printer which converts the documents to PDF format.

Please run installer with /L command line and send me prninstaller.log file which will be located into your installation folder.
