there is an "API Manual" (file PDFX5DRV_APIsm.pdf) distributed with the "PDFXchange 6 API" which has the link on the first page, see the screenshot.

Thanks for reporting this. Most likely this is an old link in that file, and the page has now moved to a different link - hence the error message. I will pass this to our web team so that we can sort out the links.
