DigSig vs DigiSig ?

Post by musabio »

Is the digital signature properties section named DigSig or DigiSig (e.g. DigSig.Enabled vs DigiSig.Enabled)? The User Guide says DigSig, but I get an error when attempting to set any of the properties, which I don't get when using DigiSig. (And the 3.0 version of the driver API used "Security.DigiSig.xxx").

On a related note, does this feature not work in Demo mode? (I'm evaluating the upgrade to the SDK Pro 5 and am trying to verify that the features I need all work, but when I attempt to specify a digital signature, whether thru the API or in the Driver Properties directly, I get no error message but no PDF is created either.)

Your right indeed, it should be DigiSig - will edit our documentation accordingly.

No, there are no restrictions even in DEMO mode. Can you please let me know your settings for digital signing in the driver?

Thanks for the clarification on the typo. Now on to getting digital signatures to work...

Hi Jack,

Seems like you moved the discussion for "getting it to work" part in this separate topic:
https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... 43&t=23414

So I am just posting here so that we can mark this one as resolved. We can continue the discussion in the other one as needed!

Regards,
Stefan
