We are seeing an issue on Windows 64-bit machines where running the Tracker PDF install a second time removes the PDF driver from the system. If we run the PDF install a third time, it will put the driver back on the system.

We don't see this issue on any other types of OS. The reason we do this is that occassionally our customers run a repair on our software, and it essentially runs a re-install.

Are you aware of this issue, and if so, do you have any suggestions on a fix for it?

when the printer 'disappears' and before installing a third time can you check that it simply isn't a case of hitting F5?

We saw something like this some time ago (build 192) and it was corrected in build 193.

What build are you using here?

We are using build 187. I'll download the latest 195 and see if the issue goes away. Thanks.
