Batch convertion does not work

Hi,
Could not attach a number of word-docs and have them converted to pdf. Typically only one gets converted then the [Go] button says "Wait..." and just hangs.
Opgraded to latest version but no change.
Using word-2007 but saving docs in 2003 format.
Any clues ?
Cheers,
/Poul

To elaborate:
- Only the first doc gets converted
- When the next docs start to get converted I get an Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error
- The same happens every other time I start the program
In other words: every other docs that are being converted generates the runtime error.
This is Windows XP SP3.
Cheers
/Poul

No, 4.0.155 is the latest available build. New build (4.0.156) should be available soon.

I got 33 of these now.

attached a zip containing two pics:
- showing 33 added PDF-Xchange print drivers
- after deletion of these, I ran the batch-converter again. The second doc crashed the program and added a print driver

Can you export and send me a part of registry located under the path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\PDF-XChange 4.0
where "PDF-XChange 4.0" is the name of any PDF-XChange printer except of original one.

Into build 156 I made some fixes which will help to remove orphaned printers when system starts up.
Can you try to turn off "Auto Unload" feature into pdfSaver (use Programs -> Tracker Software -> pdfSaver, and on Settings page turn off this option).
We cannot reproduce here run-time error into Office2PDF application.

Hi Ivan,
I have now checked the setting and it was off.
Installed build 156 but unfortunately I still get the first doc converted only.
One change though: the program does not crash until I try to close it down.

What is very strange - we cannot reproduce the trouble here. We had test different OS, and different Office version - all works as expected.

Can I suggest you uninstall everything - restart your PC and then donwlaod the very latest build ....157 and try again.
Hopefully a 100% clean install will resolve.
If not - could you please try on another machin ewith similar configuration and OS/Word etc and advise.
thanks
