I read the FAQ that describes how to create forms in Word that will result in PDF forms when creating PDF files using the MS Office Addin. Unfortunately all I end up with is a PDF file containing something that looks like the form field from MS Word, but it's not really a form field in the PDF file. I have the "Convert Web Forms" option checked.
I'm thinking that there is something obvious that I'm overlooking, like maybe this feature doesn't work in the demo version? What am I missing?

This is now fixed in todays update - the build number has not changed as only the Office Addin has been updated.
