Hi

Strange bug with Outlook addin. If you have 25+ pages of text (perhaps 23+ pages are enough, not tested) in message, after a PDF conversion, only 22 pages were converted and text in last row is cut half horizontally.

When used PDF-XChange Printer, it converts all pages.

OS: Windows 7 SP1 (Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
Outlook: Outlook 2010 (14.0.7113.5000) SP2 MSO (14.0.7140.5002)
PDF-XChange version information:
PDF-XChange Editor v5.5 Build 311.0
PXCOutlookAddin.dll:
- File version: 5.5.311.0
- Product version: 5.5
PXCOutlookAddinH.exe:
- File version: 5.5.311.0
- Product version: 5.5

Hello Workstation_Support,

Thanks for your e-mail. Can you please send us the .eml file with the message, and the two resulting PDF files when using the add-in and the printing drivers directly?
If the files are sensitive - please send them to suppirt@tracker-software.com with a link back to this forum topic and we will take a look.

Regards,
Stefan

Problem can be replicated easily, just create large amount of text in Microsoft Word with =RAND(20,200) and copy paste new Outlook mail, which you convert to PDF.

I made those files and have attached them in .7z format. We use Outlook so .EML format was not possible, I saved it to .MSG.

Thanks Workstation_Support,

I've reproduced the problem on my machine and created a ticket in our system:
RT#2888: Outlook add-in truncates the last part of the text on the last page.
So that we could get this fixed. We will keep you updated with further posts here as soon as there are any news in the ticket.

Regards,
Stefan
