PDF creation from Office Apps crashes

Hello,
I'm evaluating PDF Exchange 2012 PRO in front of the purchase decision (approx 500 lic).

- Creating PDF from MS Office documents (via toolbar) crashes asking for the storage location of the created pdf as shown on the screenshots attached.
- Direct printing to the printer works fine.

I have used the most actual MSI installer downloaded from the website.
I tried deinstall, reinstall etc. No significant improvment.

Any ideas?

And welcome to our forums. The issue you are reporting is a known bug in build 263 - we are working on fixing that for the next build. In the mean time we can provide you with a link to build 262 for testing if you are interested? (I am not adding it directly here to this forum as it's on a low bandwidth server)

Yes, please provide me the link to the 262 (earlier one?)
[I hope, that the build 262 doesn't contain bugs, which will hurt more... ]

I just e-mailed you the link, and unfortunately I do not have an exact date for build 264. I've also send you a link to the version history page so that you can see what was fixed in build 263 compared to 262.
