Tried to make a pdf in word, viewer opens and I get this watermarks.
At how many places I have to put in the key??? And where?

yes the maintenance model is new. A purchase in 20089 would right now still carry a discount. To see exactly how much discount you can simply register your serial here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/account/register

Doing that also creates an account and you can check what upgrade discount you qualify for that way.

Correct, no pleans for a lifetime license.

Using maintenance you can effectively have perprtual upgrades for what works out to about 12.5% per annum. Maintenance can up renewed prior to it's expiry so the most cost effective way to keep up to date is keeping your maintenance current.
