outlook addin only get blank page

Hello,

When I convert my email in Outlook using the addin, only blank page is created.
By the way, I am now trying PDF-XChange Standard Printer before buying it.
Here is a screenshot.

It appears you are using an old version of our software, please update the software to the latest version, available from our official website, and try this again:
https://www.tracker-software.com/product/downloads

The latest version is 8.0.343.0

The version is 8.0.343.
Here is a screenshot.
Maybe something wrong with the font.
But I can print it rightly using PDF-XChange Standard or Lite.

It could also be that the font in use is not available for the conversion. Though in such a case, I would expect our conversion addin to substitute a suitable font.
Could I ask you to please save a copy of one of these problematic emails as a file, then email us and attach that file, with a link to this topic?

With a copy of the file, we should hopefully be able to locate the issue and begin work on a resolution for a future update.

I just sent the data to the email you provided.
And I also converted an English mail to test,
it works well.
So, I guess the problem is caused by Japanese Font.

The thank you for sending that via email.

I have manage to reproduce the issue here, it does seem to be an issue with our conversion addin not using the available text, however, as printing to our Standard printer results in a proper document. As such I have created a bug report and forwarded this to our Dev team for further investigation. While you cannot look it up directly, you can ask any member of our support team for an update on the following ticket number in the future:

RT#5389: Converting Japanese text with outlook addin fails.

I am sorry to say that for the time being, the best workaround I can offer is to print the email to our standard printer, instead of using the conversion addin.
