Unwanted Link Borders Showing When Printing from Word

It seems that we've come across a bug when creating a PDF from Word. Despite having the links settings set to "No Border", the borders appear when opening in Adobe Acrobat. I've put more info in the attachment. Is this a bug, and can it be fixed so that people don't need to change the setting? Thanks

Hi, I am having the same problem, even though No Border is set in preferences. Is there a fix for this issue? Thanks!

Hi, Moneill

It appears that there are cases where Adobe has an option to "show borders for links" enabled by default, please first ensure that option is not enabled, and if it is not, then as before, please send us a copy of the document created by our software experiencing this issue.
