copy of PDF XChange Driver, License

Hi there

I have read here in this forum how to install the driver two or even more times. Does the license cover that ? Or do I have to purchase a license for every printer driver ?

Could you please clarify what do you mean by

"to install the driver two or even more times"

Is this on the same machine or on separate, and are you reffering to e.g. ver 3 and ver4 drivers or something else?

This would be on the same machine,

One license means you may install and use only for your exclusive use - though we do relax this in the event you ahve a personal laptop etc - we allow you to install there too.

are you asking if it is OK to install 2 instances of the printer driver in the same computer? If so then that is within the terms of the license agreement.

To do this - install once and then rename the PDF-XChange in the Printers list to a name of your choice - then re-install again.

Note that you are fact installing only one copy of the device driver files - but 2 printer devices.

that is exactly what I have in mind, that would allow to use Word macros to select specific settings by simply choosing the right instance of the driver

Thank for this information, very nice as I prefer people being relaxed and will now install the driver onto my laptop (and on the netbook as well if you do not mind)
