Client Installer V3 or V4?

I have a Clarion developed system using printer drivers v3.5 and now at one location, clients want to set up a new PC.

Will the new V4 PDFX4SA_sm.exe client printer driver work with my 3 year old system, or should I only use an older PDFX3SA_sm.exe that I have.

Hi John,

You should only use the V3 installer (PDFX3SA_sm.exe ) for sure until the Clarion V4 release is made in the next week or so - and then you would need to recompile your clarion app to ensure if is V4 compatible using the Clarion V4 SDK - so for now - stick with V3 for sure.

Thanks. I will use the one I have but it is dated 14 Feb 2007.

Is there a later V3.5 client installer download still available than the one I have?

Mine shows v3.6.0.112 14 Feb 2007. I have supplied this to clients with no probs.
