[Bug] Auto creating bookmarks

Hallo,

I think that there is bug with automatically detected bookmarks.
When printing document with 4 levels, then Level1 and Level2 bookmarks are created on same level (Level1).

Please see enclosed input Word document, output PDF file and registry settings for bookmark detection.
Same result with other applications.

Environment: WinXP Pro Czech SP3, MS Word 2007, PDF-XChange PRO build 147 (and same result after installing build 148)
