This Forum is for the use of End Users requiring help and assistance for Tracker Software's PDF-XChange Printer Drivers only - Please do not post requests for older versions of PDF-XChange or the PDF-Tools/OFFice2PDF applications here
The essence of the problem is that after we select “Convert to PDF” (through the PDF-Xchange tool) in Word (MS Office 2019), we finally get a pdf file in which the letters jump one on top of the other. That is, the document is already unreadable rubbish.
Also, this problem was observed in the assembly v8.0.334.0. Some users note that in version 8.0.331 this problem was not.
Only Cyrillic letters jump.
2. The problem arises primarily in the text having alignment "in width".
3. The problem does not depend on text compression.
4. Even when embedding all used document fonts, a problem appears.
5. In the preview of the print document (in Word), the document is displayed correctly.
It appears like your attachment is missing. The forum only accepts attachments up to 5MB in size I believe, so if your file is larger - can you please try to e-mail it to support@pdf-xchange.com with a link bank to this topic and we will have a look for you?
Thanks for the file!
I managed to reproduce the issue using both the Word Plug-in (that relies on our drivers) as well as when Dragging and dropping your file over the Editor (which uses a different approach) - and got the wrong output both times.
I have now asked our devs to take a look at this and investigate!
