PDF XCHANGE and PowerPoint issue

Hello

I have an issue related to Power Point 2010 and Pdf Xchange
Add-In in Power point is visible and enable.
In Word or Excel the same.

The problem is that sometimes printing from PP to PDF just getting stuck. No error, no pop up window with error code. Nothing.
Just is not printing.
Workaround - In PP disable Add in, restart PP and re run conversion.
Sometimes help.
Sometimes has to run PDF Xchange Repair installation.

Please do you have any ide how to fix it ?

Hello alienmaster,

The next time it does not work - can you please check the "LoadBehavior values as discussed here:
viewtopic.php?f=62&t=25812&p=100997&hil ... or#p100876

The topic is for eg. the Word Add-in, but the same with just the Office product being different should apply to PowerPoint as well.

As a workaround you can try to save the PPoint files, and then drag and drop them over the Editor window - which will convert them to PDFs ont he fly.
