PDF-Xchange lite 4.0 issue

When selecting to print to PDF-Xchange Lite 4.0, the paper option shows as 11 x 8.5, which prints the paper landscape (not portrait) and a portion of the PDF on one page, and the rest on a second.

If creating a custom form to show 8.5 x 11, it does not print correctly.

Messing with all the other selections does not seem to fix (and makes it worse).

Suggestions?

Thanks for the post - can you please advise on the application that you are printing from and provide both the source document, and the resulting print-out?

Also, I'd strongly recommend that you download and try Version 5.5:

It was created in Hydroflow for AutoCAD.

The attachment is how it prints out - landscape, 11 x 8.5 on two pages (the graph line should be on the table). Printing to another actual printer, portrait 8.5 x 11, it prints as expected.

If I create a custom size paper of 8.5 x 11 (because this isn't one of the options), it prints one one page but the graph is distorted.
