Hello
With V5.5 build 312 print driver (win 8.1),
When I create a new custom forms, they are not stored in the selected profile.
the custom forms settings don't change when I choose a different profile.
Finally I want export a pp5 profile I can import then into different users configuration.
But no change in the custom forms settings. It was possible with 4.0
Thanks
Jac

Re: Custom form settings with profile
Hello Jac,
Welcome to our forums.
Yes now the custom form sizes are stored independently of other profile settings and are global for all profiles on the machine.
If you copy the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 5\PDF-XChange Printer 2012\CustomForms from one machine to the other - this should copy your forms.
Regards,
Stefan

Re: Custom form settings with profile
Hi, I'm having the same issue as the OP.
I'm using PDF XChange Printer 2012
Version 5.5 build 313.1
on Windows 7 professional x64
I want to be able to export my custom paper sizes (called Custom forms) and share them with other users in the office.
The custom forms do not save with the saved profile.
I tried to find the custom forms in the suggested location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 5\PDF-XChange Printer 2012\CustomForms
but this location doesn't exist (on my machine). I get as far as HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 5\
but then there is no "PDF-XChange Printer 2012" folder.
Has the location changed?
Regards,
Cillian

Hi Cillian,
Welcome to the forums.
The location where your custom forms are stored has not been changed. They should be in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 5\PDF-XChange Printer 2012\CustomForms
Please do send us a screenshot of your HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tracker Software\PDF-XChange 5\PDF-XChange Printer 2012 registry key, with its sub-keys extended and also a screenshot of your custom forms so we can check them for you and try to assist further.
Regards,
Radi
