Hi - I have the issue described here:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowledgeba ... pplication
Is the registry fix described the same for both 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows, or do I need to put the registry entry within HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node on 64-bit Windows?
Thanks!
Ernie

Hi Ernie,
Just adding it once as per the KB article should be enough.
Regards,
Stefan

I followed the registry solution and I am still unable to print to PDF using the printer driver.

Re: PDF-XChange 2012 Citrix issue
Hi Captain John,
we are looking into it now. You have mentioned that you are using Citrix 2012 - the Citrix KB mentions that the "Advanced Universal Print Driver (UPD) " is for "Presentation Server Client 10.x and later".
If you will excuse my ignorance of Citrix naming conventions, how does that match up to your version? What version number of Citix is that?
Also, are you using V5 or V7? (current) of our software?

Re: PDF-XChange 2012 Citrix issue
Hi again Captain John,
the values in that Reg key were specific to V5 of the printer. Rather than use that reg key, which it turns out, will remove any existing entries, instead what you should do is pull the Driver name from the printer you want listed here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers Copy it: And add it to
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client\ReprocessEMFDriverList by double clicking ReprocessEMFDriverList in RegEdit and pasting the desired Printer name into the box, in this case PDF-XChange Standard Driver:
Let me know how that goes and we'll update that KB.

Yes, this worked for me and I can now print to the PDF printer driver.
