Dear reader
We use autodesk revit ( 2013-2014), 2 users
On one pc ( windows 7 ) a print range in Revit 2013 and 2014 is a problem.
After the second file revit doesn't react anymore.
We use PDF-Xchange 4.0 (latest update)
I tried the profile from the other pc.
This was no answer.
Any idea's?

Thanks for your report.
So from your description I assume that you have our V4 drivers installed on both machines and it's printing fine on the other machine?
Can you please try and print one PDF (not necessarily from Revit) to our printing drivers on both machines and attach those? This will allow me to compare if the build of our products used on both machines is the same.

Can you please download PDF-XChange Version 5 and use the trial version and advise if this works for you ?
If it does I am afraid that will be the only solution we can offer as all development on Version 4 ceased many years ago and no code changes can be made.
