Print two ppt slides per sheet?

Post by ab sciex » Thu Jan 05, 2012 5:20 pm

How do I print 2 ppt slides per sheet wtih version 4? I was able to do this in version 3 using an option in the Graphic properties menu. It doesn't appear to exist in version 4. Did it move?

I know I can use the PowerPoint option to print two slides per sheet - but when you use the printer option, the result is the slides fill the page much better.

Hi ab sciex,

the current version of PDF-XChange 4 does allow you to select n-up for side by side printing. Here is a screen shot of the set up page that will do this for you.

If you don't see these settings perhaps you have installed PDF-XChange 4 Lite which has a limited set of features and cannot do this?
