Hi,
Please advsie :
1: what Windows OS is being used on the PC that fails and the one that does not fail ?
2: The PPT version please?
3: Can you use : printto PPT files manually (selecting 'Print to' from the file's popup menu).
f4: inally - it would help if you could export and zip and send the contents fo this Registry key :
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PowerPoint.Show.8\shell\PrintTo\command
or you can then compare it with the one from the machine where the printing works ok yourself and this may help.
Thanks

Hi,
Please try this :
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\POWERPNT.EXE" /pt "Raster-XChange" "" "" c:\test.ppt
where test.ppt is a placeholder for your arbitrary PPT document.

This suggests your Office install is 'problematic' and needs to be 'repaired' and if that fails to resolve - re-installed.
Also - please ensure you have all latest SP's and Office fixes.
