Hi,

Please advsie :

1: what Windows OS is being used on the PC that fails and the one that does not fail ?

2: The PPT version please?

3: Can you use : printto PPT files manually (selecting 'Print to' from the file's popup menu).

f4: inally - it would help if you could export and zip and send the contents fo this Registry key :

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PowerPoint.Show.8\shell\PrintTo\command

or you can then compare it with the one from the machine where the printing works ok yourself and this may help.

Thanks

1. Windows XP SP2 Japanese Version

2. PPT Version is MS Office XP(2002).

3. if I print by putting right button of mouse in file explorer, it is success.
When I print by selecting Raster-XChange after open power point document, it's also success.
( it saved to image file )

4. "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\POWERPNT.EXE" /pt "%2" "%3" "%4" "%1"

Hi,

Please try this :

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\POWERPNT.EXE" /pt "Raster-XChange" "" "" c:\test.ppt

where test.ppt is a placeholder for your arbitrary PPT document.

This suggests your Office install is 'problematic' and needs to be 'repaired' and if that fails to resolve - re-installed.

Also - please ensure you have all latest SP's and Office fixes.

Have you re-installed MS Office as suggested ?
