Hi!
I am getting an error when setting the SetDevInfo in my program.
It works fine on every windows pc so far, and even on a TS 2008 R2.
but when a customer tries to do this on a 2003 Enterprise ed SP2 with a Citrix presentation server 4.5 we get an error.

Hi, magthenop.
Please decode the obtained error code by using the GetTextFromResult() routine. What is error message given?
Best
Regards.

Re: SetDevInfo problem on Citrix server
Hi!
I do not get one, I get an error when trying to get the error text.
My conclusion is that the user can not access the ActiveX components.
We only install the 32 bit variants beqause the product is only 32 bit, following your example in the pdf file.
I just recieved a message that they have fixed the problem, but I don not know why:
First they installed our product, then they run our client installer that installs and registers the ActiveX among other thing (When only doing this it works if they run it as administrator but not as a normal user).
Then they installed the PDF-XChange Viewer (downloaded from your site).
Then they uninstalled the PDF-XChange Viewer.
Then they run our client program again and made a "repair" install of it.
After that it worked.
Can you possibly explain why (the only thing I can think of is that there is more to it then just registering the ActiveX components) ?
Regards Micke wishing you all a merry x-mas.

Hi, magthenop.
Which installation method did you use for our control in your product installer? Did you use the EXE installer, the MSM module or you registered our components manually?
Best
Regards.
