Document Freezing during scrolling PDF xChange viewer

Hello,

In my office we are using Citrix 6.0 and PDF Document x Change Viewer on one of the WPF applications. When users are accessing the PDF Document X Change viewer, they are experiencing the freezing issue during the scrolling.. Can someone please help on this issue?

1: The specific Build and Version being used

2: That you are indeed using our developer's SDK to embed our ActiveX in your application and not the End user application.
