IPDFXCview ReadOnly - not for all field types

I tested a simple pdf created with Adobe Live Cycle Designer (attached in the zip). One text field, one check box, and one radio group.
It looks that only text field is affected by IPDFXCview.ReadOnly. Check and radio group is editable all the time. I did not tested other types of fields. Please review.

You are right, here is bug with 'ReadOnly' document's property.
We will fix it in the next build.
