Only print pages with comments
Made comments in a pdf with 900pages. Comments are on 90pages.
Now i only want to print the pages with the comments. Don't want to select them manually.
Is this possible ?

Re: Only print pages with comments
Hello Fvc,
You can use the "Summarize Comments" feature in our Viewer.
Among the different layouts you can choose from is one that allows you to have the pages that have comments on them, and the extracted comments on separate pages in the newly created document. And you can also skip pages without comments - so this should do what you require.
All you might need to do is print only the odd/even pages from this newly created PDF document if you want to have just the pages that had the comments without the summary.
Best,
Stefan

Hi,
Version 2 is the latest release - actually build V2.054 - you can freely update if you are using the FREE version of have a license for the V2 PRO product.
Also pls note this post is in the wrong forum - this forum is for TIFF-XChange and your question is PDF related - not TIFF image file related.
Will move.

Re: Only print pages with comments
Hi Fvc,
I believe the option Stefan is talking about is the check box underneath the Options - Layout section. It is context sensitive and will show "Place each group on separate page" when "Comments Only" is selected. This will create the list as you pointed out.
and "Skip pages without comments" when the others are selected.
Does that help?

Re: Only print pages with comments
Hello Fvc,
You will need to make some settings to allow our Viewer to run multiple instances, and then you can open your file in one instance and the comments fine in another on the second monitor.
To do so open the Viewer, and go to Edit -> Preferences -> General.
There in "Documents Layout" select "Single Document"
and further down (near the bottom of this window) there is an "Application" section.
There turn on Allow Multiple Instances
Then click Apply, and you would be able to launch two separate viewers with two different files in them.
Regards,
Stefan
