When I insert a page into a document (Document | Insert pages or Ctrl+Shift+I) by default the destination is: Before First page.
I want to change this default into: After Last page.
How do I do that (if possible)?

It is not possible at the moment and there are no plans for such feature to be added.
From the next build on he Viewer should by default be inserting pages right after the one you are viewing in the main document window.
