Nesting Bookmarks

How does one create the nesting of bookmarks? Is there a special trick or is the feature not avaible?

If not it should be added!

It's a bit tricky. Create two (or more) "normal" bookmarks. Afterwards arranging can be done with your mouse. Drag the bookmark you want to be nested a bit right beyond the "root" bookmark. The orange indicator line, showing the new position of the bookmark will jump a bit to the right. Drop the bookmark and voilà

Also, when create new bookmark, its position depends from key which is pressed at this moment:
1. Shift to create new bookmark before selected one
2. Ctrl to create new bookmark as child of selected one

And while I am not quite the manual reader a quick check for this feature revealed that is is not mentioned there making it an undocumented one.
Noted and will be added in later versions of the PDF Tools help file.
